Quail Annual Golf Tournament

HOLE SPONSORS STILL NEEDED! WE ARE ALSO IN NEED OF PRIZES TO BE GIVEN AWAY AT THE TOURNAMENT. If you can donate a prize, or own a business and have "samples" that you can donate, please contact Mike or Chris at the e-mail addresses given below.

When: November 13th, shotgun start at 8:30
Where: Fairfax Golf Club of Edmond- off of Covell between Sooner Rd. & Coltrane

Here's what you can do to be part of this event:

1. Sign up and play. Single player entry fee is $50.
2. Sign up a whole foursome. $200
3. Sponsor a hole and a team – (We’ll throw in a 10% discount and let the deluxe package go for $360.)
4.  If you can't play, pay for someone else.

Most importantly, if you are able, sponsor a hole! This is where the most money is generated. A hole sponsorship is $200. Or, for the low price of $3,000, you can sponsor the whole tournament, and we'll name it after you! i.e., "The Steven L. Shoemaker Quail Springs Golf Tournament." Fees pay for the tournament, hole sponsorships will all go to the Execeptionals, this years' recipient of the proceeds.

Headed up by Rachel Richardson, Exceptionals is a wonderful outreach at Quail that has quietly touched the lives of a number of families in the area. And they do so on a shoestring budget. They can definitely  use the money raised by this event! Rachel and the Exceptionals kids will appreciate your involvement in this years' golf tournament. We want to dial up participation in the tournament this year so the Exceptionals get the help they so richly deserve. Please prayerfully consider participating in one of the ways listed above.
